Victoire Ngounoue, a Cameroonian national, is currently Short-Term Consultant for the World Bank Cameroon Country office Governance Program. Her main responsibilities are to facilitate the implementation of the program’s communication strategy in relation to Demand for Good Governance. She holds an MA in Science, Society and Development completed at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Her interests centre on policy-making and implications for health service delivery, and innovations in ICT and implications for development.
