Victor Neagu is the Communications Officer for Romania and Hungary in the World Bank Office in Bucharest. Prior to his current assignment he worked for the World Bank Office in Moldova and the Regional Office for Central Asia. Victor's work entails operational and strategic communication for Bank projects, reimbursable advisory services, and analytical and knowledge products. He supports communication on key themes and coordinates engagement with civil society organizations. Victor has a strong professional interest in technology and participation and their impact on public policy formulation. He holds a Master's degree in public policy from Alexandru-Ioan Cuza University, Romania and a Bachelor's degree in international relations.
