Victoria Chiseliov has contributed to the Leveraging Building Energy Codes and Standards for Climate Change Mitigation project, funded by the Knowledge for Change Program, particularly in the areas of data collection and analysis. Currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Economics at Ghent University, Victoria's research is focused on energy economics, specifically residential electricity flexibility, having previously obtained a master’s degree in economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and completed her bachelor’s degree in economics from Universitat de Barcelona.
