Victoria Strokova is the Program Manager for the Partnership for Economic Inclusion - a global initiative supporting the adoption and scale-up of government-led economic inclusion programs that increase the earnings and assets of extremely poor and vulnerable households. This partnership is hosted by the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice of the World Bank Group. With almost 15 years at the World Bank, she has extensive experience designing, implementing, and evaluating solutions to tackle poverty, inequality, and fragility across diverse regions. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
