Vincent Belinga is a Senior Economist at the World Bank and joined in 2015 as a Young Professional (YP). He has worked in Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Central Asia, and currently in West and Central Africa, and on various topics such as economic growth, macroeconomic policies, public expenditure efficiency, revenue mobilization, natural resources curse, and skills mismatches. He has also led development policy operations. Prior to his YP role at the WB, he interned at the IMF and was Research Fellow at the WB—Latin America and the Caribbean region through the WB Africa Fellowship Program. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Montreal, Canada.
