Vincent Belinga

Senior Economist

Vincent Belinga is Senior Economist for India and joined the World Bank in 2015 as a Young Professional (YP). He has worked in the Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Central Asia, and in West and Central Africa. His work has covered various topics such as economic growth, macroeconomic policies, public expenditure efficiency, revenue mobilization, natural resources curse, and skills mismatches. He has also led multiple development policy operations. Prior to his YP role at the WB, he interned at the IMF and was a Research Fellow at the World Bank—Latin America and the Caribbean region—through the WB Africa Fellowship Program. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Montreal, Canada.
