Vincent is a PhD candidate at CERDI, a research center on international development in France, where he completed a master’s degree in development economics. Vincent worked as a research assistant and covered a wide array of development topics such as vulnerability, development finance, health, trade, conflicts and more recently electricity access as the main theme of his PhD thesis. He’s currently focusing his work and research on the use of remote sensing data applied to the analysis of development issues. See his personal page here.
