Virginia works on the Development Marketplace program with the Innovation Lab department at the World Bank Institute. The focus of her work is to help social entrepreneurs by providing technical assistance and facilitating their access to potential funding sources; analyze the social investment space; and participate in the design of solutions that address the current financing gap and contribute towards building a more effective infrastructure. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Oxford.
