Walai joined the Bank in January 2014 as a PIC Assistant in the Papua New Guinea country office. She maintains the World Bank Public Information Center operations, as well as provides communications support to the Pacific External relations team. Prior to this, she worked for UNDP as a Public Information Clerk.
