Wandi Huang is the leadership development assistant in the Human Resources Vice Presidency of the World Bank Group. She is currently on external service as an Economic Affairs Officer with the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat in Seoul, South Korea. In her role as the leadership development assistant, Wandi was responsible for organizing leadership programs and conducting analysis to monitor leadership development progress in WBG. In her current position, Wandi manages projects in the area of economic& trade and sustainable development to support cooperation among China, Japan, and Korea. Wandi is passionate about developmental issues in fragile and conflict-affected countries. She also enjoys researching, collecting and analyzing data to find innovative solutions to solve problems. She majored in Korean language at Beijing Foreign Studies University as undergrad, and holds a master degree in International Affairs from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with a focus on peace and conflict studies.
