Wayne Moses Burke works with governments to connect them to their citizens. He founded the nonprofit Open Forum Foundation in Washington, DC and through its work, builds trusting and productive relationships between citizens and their governments and helps governments to see the value of engaging with citizens in-person and through ICTs. He does by designing and facilitating collaborative events for government agencies, advising them on their citizen engagement strategies, and helping them to understand the value of the modern open government movement.
