Wei is a Transport Economist with the World Bank. She has several years of experience in transport and industrial economics. She is particularly interested in road safety, social inclusion, and climate-resilient transport. She holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, and an MA and BA in economics from Beijing Jiaotong University.
