Will is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist with a focus on the water and urban sectors for both the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and the Quality Infrastructure Investment (QII) Partnership. Prior to this role, he spent over 12 years with IFC supporting the developing of commercial financing opportunities across the infrastructure, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors.
Will has lived and worked in Africa for 10 years during his career, both with the World Bank Group and for two years with the Ministry of Water in Ethiopia. He holds degrees in economics and international relations from George Washington University, the University of Sydney, and the University of Nottingham.
