Will Nielsen works as an independent consultant in areas of economic development and impact analysis. As a consultant for the World Bank Group he provides research and analysis services in areas of public procurement, inclusive business, business informality, among others. His other professional experience includes conducting cost-benefit analyses for the consulting firm, Ecotone Analytics, co-founding Good Earth, an agribusiness that supports small-scale farmers in Pakistan, and conducting economic research for the Democracy Lab, a Latin American think tank focused on turning information into knowledge for citizens to better enable their participation in their own governance. Will received his Master's of Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University and his Bachelor's of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
