Dr. William Bleich is currently a researcher, teacher, and writer for the Hong Kong-based China Exploration & Research Society. He has been working with various international organizations on wildlife conservation and protected area management in Asia since 1989. His current interests include community-based approaches to conservation and the reconciliation of conservation of nature with protection of indigenous culture.
