Xavier Muller is as an External Affairs Officer with the World Bank Transport team. He is passionate about mass transit, railways, urban planning, and firmly believes that better transport can help change lives.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Xavier worked for the American Bar Association and the French Embassy in London.
He holds degrees from the George Washington University, Sciences Po Paris, and Université Paris Nanterre.
