Xiaowei Guo joined the World Bank’s Beijing Office in 1998 as a procurement Specialist, and she became a Senior Procurement Specialist in 2005. Xiaowei focuses on procurement for energy, education, health, social protection, and urban and rural projects, as well as technical assistance projects for government agency procurement capacity-building. Before she joined the Bank, Xiaowei worked for the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a Division Director and Senior Engineer.
