Xiaoyue Hou is a Consultant at the World Bank’s Agriculture and Food Department. She works with teams across Eastern and Southern Africa, East Asia and Pacific, Middle East and North Africa, and South Asia. Her work focuses on the intersection of climate change and food systems, particularly in sustainable agriculture, food and nutrition security, and climate finance solutions. She holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
