Dr. Xuanyi Sheng, is a Consultant of the World Bank. Since joined the World Bank Group in 2019, she has primarily worked on the technical assistance and lending projects of the transport sector in Sub-Saharan Africa, South East Asia and North East Asia. She focuses on developing sustainable public-private partnership (PPP) strategies for infrastructure investment, development and operation. Xuanyi holds a PhD degree from the University of Oxford with concentration on infrastructure PPP, green finance, and sustainable development.
