Yanchao Li is Energy Specialist at the World Bank with over ten years of professional record in energy policy and innovation management. She published in a number of peer-reviewed journals as well as high-impact policy reports, with a focus on energy transition and new technology adoption including e-mobility. She received her PhD from The University of Manchester in Business and Management, MSc from Tsinghua University in Electrical Engineering, and BSc from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
