Yilin Pan is an Extended-Term Consultant working for the Strategic Impact Evaluation Fund (SIEF) in the Education Global Practice. She is specialized in impact evaluation, economic evaluation (i.e., cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, and cost-utility analysis), decision-making in resource allocation and Bayesian statistics. Yilin earned a B.A. in English Literature and Linguistics and a M.A. in Higher Education at Tsinghua University, and a Ph.D. in Economics and Education at Columbia University. Prior to joining the Bank, she was a post-doctoral researcher at Columbia University.
