Ying Cui, Director of Climate Finance Center at the International Institute of Green Finance (IIGF) of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). She holds a master of Environmental Engineering from Queen's University Belfast. She has more than 15 years of working experience in the field of climate change. Before joining IIGF, she was the Technical Director of EDF Trading China. She has published many articles on green finance and low carbon in journals such as View Financial, Environmental Protection and Environment Economy, and has experience in related research projects of China’s Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, National Development and Reform Commission and various local governments.
