Yun Wu is a Senior Energy Specialist of the World Bank Group. Since joining the World Bank in 2012, Yun has managed energy projects in the East Asia and Pacific region with a focus on energy efficiency, district heating and renewable energy. She is now leading the World Bank’s engagement on energy efficiency and heating sector development in Mongolia. Prior to joining the World Bank, Yun worked as Research Associate at the US Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She holds a PhD in Resource Economics and a Master in Statistics from North Carolina State University.
