Yuriy Husyev is an Advisor to the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure and Head of SPILNO, the PPP development project management office within the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Previously, he served as Deputy Minister of Defense and the Head of the Reforms Council of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. He participated in the executive education program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and holds a PhD in economics from the Center of Industrial Development of the National Academy of Science.
