Zainab Rahima Aminu is a development professional currently working on digital development, social protection and jobs in the World Bank. In her roles she supports her teams in designing and implementing programmes co-developed with government, target communities, private sector, and other development partners, towards creating inclusive and equitable development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her work varies between carrying out assessments and analytics; designing digital skills programmes for women and youth in areas affected by fragility, violence and conflict; and supporting states to chart the course of their own development through community-led development programmes. On her days off, Rahima enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews or with a good Korean Drama.
