Zander Prinsloo works in the Indicators and Data Unit at the World Bank’s Development Data Group. His focus is on development indicator research, data production, and visualization. His primary research interests include the study of measurement, missing data and measurement errors, global poverty, and employment. Zander contributes to the Poverty and Inequality Platform (PIP) and the global poverty monitoring agenda as a member of the Global Poverty and Inequality Data team. In his current role, he focuses on the Statistical Performance Indicators and contributes to the World Development Indicators. Zander completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in economics and mathematical statistics at Stellenbosch University.
