Zarif Rasul is a Young Professional in the World Bank’s Water Department, where he focuses on water supply operations and analytical work related to irrigation and water resources management. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked in the development sector in Bangladesh, spanning water policy advocacy and public infrastructure finance. Zarif holds a PhD in environmental and resource economics.
