Zhengjia Meng works on the financial structuring and PPPs team within the World Bank’s Infrastructure Vice Presidency. He is focused on financial analysis, deal structuring, and risk mitigations to support the development of hydro, gas, and renewables projects.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Zhengjia worked at Shell International as a commercial finance manager for eight years. He worked across a range of corporate finance functions including accounting, planning, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance.
Zhengjia holds a bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University and a Master of Engineering degree from Delft University of Technology. He is a CFA charterholder.
