Zhenia Viatchaninova Dalphond is a Montreal-based ICT Consultant for the World Bank, specializing in the development and implementation of digital development projects in broadband infrastructure, energy-telecom infrastructure sharing, digital skills development, open data and analytics, and cyber security. She has been involved in numerous activities across Europe and Central Asia and in Africa.
Zhenia joined the Global Transport and Digital Development Practice in January 2013 during her last semester at Syracuse University. A Fulbright Fellow, she graduated from a signature Public Diplomacy program with a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and a Master of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Prior to starting her consulting career, Zhenia worked in radio journalism, public affairs and public relations, event and nonprofit project management in Ukraine and in Canada.
