Zhuo Chen is a research assistant with the World Bank’s Development Prospects Group. He has previously provided service to the Institute of International Finance and the Boston Consulting Group in Beijing. He received an M.A. degree in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
