Zhuo Cheng is a Carbon Finance Specialist based in the Vietnam country office. While in Hanoi, she coordinated with various teams who collectively develop, manage and supervise portfolio for various carbon funds under GCCFM, covering various countries of EAP region. She was based in China country office, the HQ and then in the Sri Lanka country office, prior to moving to Vietnam. Her area of expertise covers climate finance, climate change, energy efficiency, renewable energy and climate smart agriculture. She holds a LLM from University of Sheffield, UK, a MSc in International Public Policy from University Colleague London, UK, and a BA in International Economic Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China.
