Zijun Li is Carbon Finance Specialist with World Bank Climate Change Group. She has managed more than 20 carbon finance transactions in WB portfolio, primarily in EAP and East Africa region. She has extensive operational experience in energy and climate finance, with focus on utilizing result-based carbon finance instruments in energy access, energy efficiency and off-grid sectors. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked at Washington-based think tank World Watch Institute as an energy analyst for its ChinaWatch program. Ms. Li has an MSc in Environmental Economics from Yale University, where she attended on a Cameron Speth Scholarship.
