Zoran is a Public Sector Specialist based in Belgrade, Serbia. He has more than 20 years of professional experience. As a member of the Governance Global Practice, he works on tax administration and justice sector reform in Serbia, the Western Balkans, and the ECA region. Zoran joined the World Bank Group in 2013. Zoran holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
