- USE THE INTERACTIVE TOOL: An interactive tool ranks system reform options according to the transport objectives for your city.
- CHOOSE A REFORM OPTION: The main section of the toolkit provides in-depth detail about eight different reform options.
- MAKE THE TRANSITION: The toolkit also offers advice about making the transition to a reformed system. Finally, a series of case studies lets you learn from the experience of others.
