Harsh Goyal is a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist in the South Asia Region of the World Bank. Harsh works extensively on urban water supply and sanitation service delivery issues and has led/co-led multiple operational and analytical engagements in South Asia, Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa. Harsh has active interest in supporting and engaging with national and sub-national government institutions, including utilities and local governments, on issues related to service delivery, institutional development, and financial sustainability. Previously, Harsh worked as a Young Professional and Urban Development Specialist in South Asia and MENA. Harsh holds a master’s degree in finance from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France.
