Cynthia Olotch is a Legal Director in the Projects, Energy and Restructuring practice of DLA Piper Africa – Kenya, (DLA Piper Africa is a network of independent law firms operating in 20 countries in Africa). Cynthia is an experienced projects lawyer handling transactions in the following areas: public-private partnerships, public procurement, projects and project finance, infrastructure and energy.
She has acted for clients across the entire value chain of projects including public sector entities, non-governmental organizations, commercial lenders, project sponsors, contractors, operators and equipment suppliers not only in Kenya but also across Africa and globally. Cynthia holds a Master of Law degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
