Daniela Maquera Sardón is an LCR Inclusive intern at the Poverty and Equity Global Practice of the World Bank. She works on poverty eradication through the cross-cutting lenses of gender, dedicating to data and policy analysis to identify and close gender gaps. Prior to joining the WBG, she worked on socio-economic development research and projects at Mercy Corps with the Research and Learning team, at the Research in Color Foundation, and at the State Department of New Jersey as Project Management Coordinator. She has written publications on global outlets on a range of economic and international development topics. Daniela holds a Masters in Global Economy from the School of Economics at Fudan University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
