Irene Portabales González works in the Transport & ICT Global Practice, where she supports the urban transport and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is passionate about finding innovative ways to foster economic and social development. Irene is a civil engineer and holds an environmental studies degree and an MA in international business administration.
