Jacobus de Hoop
Impact Evaluation Specialist, International Labour Organization
Jacobus de Hoop holds a PhD in economics from the Tinbergen Institute. Currently, he works as an impact evaluation specialist at the International Labour Organization. Previously he worked for the World Bank as a field manager on the Zomba Cash Transfer Project in Malawi and was affiliated with the Paris School of Economics as a Marie Curie Post Doctoral Fellow. His current research primarily focuses on the economics of education in developing countries, child labor, and youth employment.
