Marcelo Buitron is an Ecuadorian national working in the Governance Global Practice. His current work focuses in Latin America and the Caribbean region on a wide range of public sector issues such as shared corporate services, change management, human resource management and public financial management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Governance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
