Nancy Vandycke

Program Manager, Sustainable Mobility for All (SuM4All)
Dr. Nancy Vandycke leads the World Bank’s group of transport economists and spearheads the new global initiative on transport--Sustainable Mobility for All. She oversees strategic and analytical engagement on transport, including the climate action effort (with the United Nations), the Impact Evaluation program (with the World Bank's Research Department), The Global Tracking Framework and the Knowledge Note series (Connections). Nancy is a member of the Multilateral Development Banks' Group on Sustainable Transport, and of the Technical Working Group supporting the UN Secretary General's Advisory Group on Sustainable Transport. Before joining the World Bank, she served as economic advisor of the Belgian Chair at the International Monetary Fund. She spent several years as Research Associate at the Russian-European Center for Economic Policy in Russia and Center for Economic Performance in the UK. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
