Tamirat Yacob Chulta is an Extended Term Consultant in the Economic, Debt and Price Data (DECED) unit of the World Bank Group where he supports the collection, curation an analysis of national accounts and other economic statistics for the World development Indicators, World Bank operational and analytical income classifications of countries, technical assistance (TA) activities and other statistical outputs. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED) and the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) of Ethiopia. He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics from the Johns Hopkins University, USA and B.Sc. in Statistics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
