Myanmar: Thoughts Aboard the Yangon Circular Railway Train

The Yangon Circular Railway is the local commuter rail network in Yangon, Myanmar. In this recording, World Bank Country Manager Kanthan Shankar boards the train on a three-hour ride around the city.
