Abeer AlMutawa works as an operations analyst for human development and gender at the World Bank's Kuwait Country Office. She joined the bank in April of 2021. She has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wheaton College (MA) and two master's degrees from SOAS, University of London, one in International Studies and Diplomacy and the other in International Law. Abir is presently enrolled in her third degree program, an MSc in International Development at SOAS, and expects to complete it by 2023.
