Ana Sofia Martinez Cordova is a Research Analyst in the World Bank’s Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice as part of the ASPIRE project. Her work focuses on coordinating the generation of social protection distributional performance indicators through nationally representative household surveys and contributing to the administrative data. These data inform analytical and global products for evidence-based policy advice. She previously worked at the IADB where she supported projects in Panama, Jamaica and Ecuador. Sofia holds two Bachelors' degrees in Finance and Economics and a master’s degree in International Affairs - International Economic Relations from American University’s School of International Service.
