Carmen de Paz is an international development and social policy specialist with over fifteen years of experience working with the World Bank and other organizations (e.g., UNICEF, WHO, Save the Children, etc.) across countries from all regions. Her main focus of interest in recent years has been on gender equality and early childhood development. Carmen holds a master on Public Policy from the London School of Economics (UK) and a second degree on early child development from Complutense University (Spain).
