Esohe joined IFC as a Financial Officer in 2012 as part of the inaugural team establishing the investor relations function for the institution. Previously, she was an Underwriter in the Energy team at MIGA, The World Bank Group’s political risk mitigation arm where she worked on credit analysis for projects in Africa and Latin America. She joined The World Bank Group through the competitive MIGA Young Professionals Program.
Prior to joining The World Bank Group, Esohe worked for Lehman Brothers Bankhaus as a Portfolio Manager responsible for managing the bank’s residual syndicated loans and CLO assets following Lehman’s insolvency. Beforehand, she was an Associate on the capital markets structuring and syndication desk at GE Capital, having worked previously as an Analyst in secondary loans team at Goldman Sachs.
