Elise Doumergue is a consultant for the State and Peacebuilding Fund-supported project, Environmental Peacebuilding in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Situations. Her work focuses on the relationships between the environment, fragility and conflict, and the role of natural resource management in peacebuilding. Elise holds an MPhil in International Relations from Oxford University, and she was awarded the 2022 Daniel M. Sachs scholarship at Princeton University.
