Evelina Dahlgren is a Consultant in the Social Protection and Jobs (Africa East) Unit at the World Bank, focusing on the jobs and migration agenda. Her work and research center on international migration, labor and skills, governance in Africa and FCV regions. Prior to joining the World Bank, Evelina worked on these agendas at the IOM, UNHCR, and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
