Lauren Dahlin is a consultant in the Education Global Practice at the World Bank. She specializes in data analytics, program evaluation, and education technology. Prior to her work at the Bank, Lauren worked as a research associate at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University where she worked with school districts around the United States to improve student learning, access to technology, and teacher evaluation through research and analytics. Lauren is ABD in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, where she was the recipient of numerous awards and grants, including the best paper award at the Winter Conference in Information Systems and a research fellowship with the Learning Accelerator.
