Ludovic Miaro III is a seasoned Agriculture Economist currently serving as an ETC with the World Bank since May 2022. His extensive background spans over 25 years, with a significant portion dedicated to rural development. From 2012 to 2022, Ludovic was leading the Regional Sustainable Food System & Green Growth Program for WWF in Central Africa. Prior to his tenure at WWF, he spent five years (2007-2012) at the helm of the Environment Unit for the Development Bank of the Central African States. He also worked with gas and oil companies from 2001 to 2007. He also contributed to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives from 1997 to 2000. His academic background is in Environment & Rural Development Engineering.
